Mustapha Aissaoui is a Product Manager in the Service Router Product Group of the IP/Optical Networks at Nokia.

Mustapha Aissaoui has been in the Product Management role since 2004 and is responsible for the MPLS and Segment Routing features in the SR-OS based routers. He is also the lead PLM for the SR-OS based PCEP and other SDN features of the NSP.

Having previously led Optical business development for Oceania, in the IP & Optical Networks Division at Nokia as well as various other technical engineering roles. He has over 10 years experience in the Telecommunications industry with particular expertise in the area of Transport Networks (xWDM, OTN, Packet, T-SDN).
Prior to joining Nokia, Ragheed worked for Pacific Broadband Networks (PBN) as an xPON R&D engineer before joining Vicom Australia as an Optical test & measurement specialist.
Ragheed Al-dabbagh received his undergraduate double degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Computer Science and Software Engineering from Swinburne University of Technology in Melbourne, Australia where he graduated with honors and specialized in Photonics and Fibre Optic Transmission Systems.
Hitesh Behl works as Senior Solution Architect in ION business group and lead the Telco Cloud solution for ION in APAC. With over 15 years of experience in Software and Telecom industry I work with cross BG teams and customers in transforming their existing network to cloud ready network with the right SDN and NFV solution. The scope includes implementing SDN in the Data Center, NFV including MANO framework and modernising the enterprise branch.
Hooman Bidgoli is 7705/7750 Product Line Manager of IP/Optical Networks. Hooman has over 16 years of experience in IP/MPLS protocols and networks. He is responsible for Multicast solutions and Security on SR-OS (7705/7750) including Firewall/Nat/IPSec and router security on 7705.
Gareth Bridges is responsible for leading the business development of Equinix’s digital business programs in Asia-Pacific. Since joining Equinix in 2014, Gareth has collaborated with enterprises, industry analysts and consulting partners to accelerate digital business transformation for a range of industry sectors. Sherry is currently GM of Network Services at Interactive Pty Ltd, one of Australia’s largest IT services companies. Listed in AFR’s Top 350 Privately Owned Companies, Interactive is a business with revenues approaching $200m and a footprint of 20,000 client sites across 2,100 businesses in A/NZ.

Peter Busschbach is Senior Director in Nokia’s IP/Optical Networks BU, where he is leads Product Management of Nokia’s Carrier SDN Controller, NSP. Before assuming this role, Peter held several senior positions in the corporate CTO office and in product units where he was responsible for strategy, standardization and solution development in a wide range of technologies, including IP/MPLS, LTE, Ethernet, Optical Networking, Policy Management and Network Management. His standardization work included active participation in IETF, MPLS Forum, ITU-T and TM Forum. Mr Busschbach began his career in telecommunications as a software developer in AT&T. Sunit Chauhan leads the Product Management team for the SD-WAN product line at Nuage Networks (Nokia). Working closely with global Service Provider and Enterprise customers, his team defines the strategic direction and roadmap for the next-gen WAN services portfolio.
Sunit brings over 18 years of experience in the networking industry in product management, marketing and R&D roles. Most recently, he led the global product marketing team at Big Switch Networks. Prior to that, Sunit was in product management at Juniper Networks, responsible for Juniper's NFV and SDN product portfolio including Junos Virtual App Engine and Contrail, and was instrumental in defining Juniper’s SDN strategy including the acquisition of Contrail Systems. Before Juniper, Sunit was management consultant with Deloitte Consulting’s Strategy Practice out of the San Francisco office. He started his career as a routing protocols developer within Cisco’s IOS Core IP Engineering group.

Won currently is having a position of the VSR (Virtual Service Router) Infrastructure prime in Regional Business Center Asia Pacific of Nokia. Bart De Wilde joined the APAC regional PLM team recently, working out of Singapore. Prior this role, Bart worked as New Product Introduction (NPI) engineer in EMEA. Bart’s focus is typically on helping EMEA (Europe, Middle East and Africa) customers through the early phases with new features and products, by means of presentations, workshops and Proof of Concept (PoC) set-ups. Bart is not only focusing on the 5620 SAM product (all technology domains) but also on both the router (IP part) and the NSM part for IP/Optical convergence. Prior to his current role he worked for the Motive product group and had a similar NPI role for the Optics NSM products. Bart holds a master’s degree in computer sciences/telecommunications and is currently based in Singapore.

Alp Dibirdi leads IP/MPLS, Ethernet, Services, OAM and Traffic Management features on 7705 Service Aggregation Router product family. He joined Alcatel in mid 1998 and worked as a System Engineer, NW Architect, ATM Product Line Product Manager and now IP Product Manager. Alp has nearly 18 years of experience in telecom industry. He is recognized as Distinguished Member of Technical Staff (DMTS) in 2010 for his sustained outstanding technical contribution to Alcatel-Lucent by Bell Labs. Alp holds a BS in Mathematics from Middle East Technical University. He is based in Boston, Massachusetts.

Ray Gao currently leads the Deepfield Product and Business Operation in Regional Business Center Asia Pacific of Nokia. In this role, Ray is responsible for end-to-end Deepfield business in Asia Pacific, including business development, solution positioning, product management, consulting engineering, go-to-market and commercial strategy, as well as delivery.
Ray joined Nokia from Packet Design, where he led the technical presale for APJ since 2014. Prior that, Ray served various technical and engineering position in Singapore Telecom.

Chadie has over 18 years of experience in the networking and communications industry. A 20 year employee of Nokia, Jeff leads the hardware PLM team in the IP business unit with all IP hardware platforms owned by him and his team. Jeff has a focus on strategic responsibilities in the product portfolio as well as ownership of hardware technical marketing. Paresh Khatri is the Chief Architect for the IP and Optical Networks Business Group for Nokia Corporation in APAC. In this role, Paresh is responsible for formulating platform and architecture strategies to meet the varied demands of operators in the Asia-Pacific region. He has been responsible for architectural design for the largest IP transformation projects in the region, and is now working closely with service providers as they address the growing demand for scale and new services for the next generation of wireline and wireless networks.
Paresh’s areas of expertise include the entire range of IP/MPLS technologies and applications, from the network core to the access network. His current areas of interest include evolving layer-2 technologies, network virtualisation and SDNs.
Paresh has more than 19 years of experience with both service providers and vendors in building carrier-grade IP/MPLS networks, including the largest IP NGN transformation project ever undertaken in Australia.

Vach Kompella has over 25 years of experience in the networking field.
In 2008, he started the Mobile Gateways program in ION, and is currently Vice President of Engineering for the Mobile Gateways, covering 2G/3G/4G and Wifi technologies. In his previous role, he led MPLS development, from 2001 through 2009. Vach became a Bell Labs Fellow in 2009 for his contributions to MPLS and VPLS. Vach has been a speaker at many conferences, and a regular contributor to standards in the IETF. He was co-chair of the l2vpn Working Group at the IETF for five years. Vach comes to Alcatel-Lucent and Nokia through the acquisition of TiMetra Networks. Prior to Nokia, Vach held positions at IBM, working in network security and IP protocols.
Vach holds a PhD in CS from the University of California, San Diego, and obtained his BTech in CS from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur.

Craig Labovitz is CTO of the Nokia Deepfield business line. Previously, Labovitz was Co-Founder and CEO of Deepfield. Labovitz has developed the core technology, key patents, architecture and commercial strategy behind more than $1 billion in sales of large enterprise and telecom security products. His technology is deployed in more than 700 Internet Service Providers, cable operators, content providers, and mission-critical networks around the globe.
Dr. Labovitz is an expert on Internet infrastructure and cloud evolution. In the 1990s, his seminal Internet research developed the foundation for Arbor Networks technology and served as a catalyst for significant changes in commercial Internet routing software implementations throughout the world. His work was recently recognized with the prestigious ACM SIGCOMM Test of Time Award in 2008. In addition to his extensive commercial product and research background, Dr. Labovitz has over a decade of operational network engineering experience, including NSFNet backbone engineering, Sprint's first Internet email infrastructure, design of the Department of Defense research network, and the first commercial aviation Internet service. Dr. Labovitz is an active participant in the global network engineering community, including service on the program committee and as the Chair of North American Network Operators Group (NANOG).
Dr. Labovitz is the author of more than a dozen peer-reviewed networking research papers, journal articles and patents. His is a frequent guest on national television and radio news programs and his research is widely cited in national media articles and academic publications. Karyn Lennon leads the Learning Services function for Nokia’s IP/Optical Networks Business Group. In her role, Karyn is responsible for setting the strategic direction and development of Nokia’s Optical educational services which includes the Nokia Optical Networks Certification Program. In addition to the Optical program, Karyn directs both Nokia’s flagship IP/MPLS certification program, the Service Routing Certification (SRC) Program which has over 14,000 individuals participating globally and the Nuage Networks Virtuoso Certification Program (NN-VCP).

Anand Raj is a product manager on the Carrier SDN controller platform (NSP) at Nokia. He’s and expert in IP/MPLS networking and centralized path computation algorithms. He has more than 20 years of experience in the data networking industry. He started out his career designing call control software on ATM switches and subsequently spent many years supporting and designing Wide Area Networks consisting of both IP and ATM for a variety of large scale customers. Hariprasad Reddy is a technical sales specialist for Intel in Singapore. Current role in Intel he is responsible to enable SDN / NFV in enterprise and service provider segments. He has held several technical and presales roles over the past 27 years out of which he was Solutions Architect for Cisco in Singapore ten years and prior to that 15 years in Service provider Operations.

Reza Rokui is NSP Product Line Manager who is responsible for support of all 7x50 Services, Policy and OAM features in SAM.
